The full update will be provided by the end of the week. Just a couple of minor things to wrap up with the Biltmore. Everyone will be happy with the room rates.

We will have exclusive use of the balcony again this year.

I wonder if anyone can beat Richard in the Poker tournament, he's talking a lot of smack about repeating as champion these days
