My new 928 bodykit project - comments please
Hi there I am busy refining the bodykit I made last year - I think the changes are better - please let me know what you think I appreciate your input.

a 928 that looks good without a spoiler, thats something, never thought i would say that.
I like the darker strip along the side.
I still don get the gills though, ok there is some shark resemblance, but i think gills are way to tacky! Although your are much smaller then some that I have seen and a step in the right direction.
The deeper rear bumper looks good from the side, but you have to think it will look horrible from the rear, unless you have some serious detailing in it, perhaps a diffuser ala Ferrari F360-430-Enzo.
Front spoiler seems really impractical.

Very interesting, and probably the most shark-like I've ever seen a 928. Just look at that jaw!!!
Question: How do you change the bottom of the door to be so rounded? Is this fiberglass, or a sheet metal change? It really updates the look of the car a lot!

Is that a photo of the finished product, or just a rendering of how it's supposed to look? If that is the actual car, I'd say it's the best looking kit I've seen. I'm not generally very keen on 928 body kits, but that's a good look.

Hi nicole - the work is done in fibreglass the doors are slightly lower than standard and a recess is made into the side skirt to accommodate the extra door height

Wow, the first thing I thought of was...a SALEEN 928!!!
I think you made the correct modifications to your design. Very nice. I would be interested to see the other angle renderings. Maybe a front and rear as well as a downward 45/45 degree view.
Kudos to you Gav!

i like it a lot...sorta blends the beemer style into the awesome 928 design.
all i woul do is add something to the rear bottom skirt... that's a bit plain looking.
to me it needs something to folow the great lines you started at the front and carried troughout the car.
but again , that is amazing work...very nice
