Just saw a beautiful red S4/Painted wing or GTS drive past my place of business hours ago.....there are hardly any 928's in this town, and NO GTS's since my 93 last year...is it anybody here????

This is pretty cool. I have looked a dozens of "saw a great 928, anybody here?" threads and have always thought to myself, someday.

This is so strange. I spent my young life (infant to age 12) in the Columbia area. I even lived on a small ranch outside Ashland called the Claderbuck Ranch, 2-3 miles west of the airpoit that was owned by the Prices that own the newspaper there. I wasn't exposed to the 928 until I had left Columbia (around 1986). Small world.

This is so cool.......two 928 owners in the Midwest......who don't know each other....happen to spot one car...then hook up thru rennlist......way cool.....the power of rennlist...

Shoot.....I met basically everyone I know in the 928 community thru rennlist or another rennlister

Yes its very cool that we can meet up. As far as I know (and I've been watching for years) there has only been or still is 3 other 928's in town. A blue S4, a red 90 GT, and a red 81.
Now we have 2 more to add , and the best thing is they are Rennlisters!
ICSMIKE are you in Clark MO? I remember a conversation with a man that has one up there that was in process of being rebuilt? If not, then we have 3 !

The blue S4 has been sold I believe. There is a red S4 owned by the guy that owns CCs. He also has a red 79 that he is trying to sell. Beautiful car. Other than that I am not aware of any other 928s other than the rennlister I have met here.
