Just got another 928
It's a damn shame I'm gonna chop this one up so I can finish my other one. Needless to say, there are many extra parts on this one which I'll sell off when I'm done with it. It kind of sucks because this one only had a very small fire, and the overall condition of it prior to the fire must have been first rate.

I should also add that I bought this along with some other stuff from DC Automotive in Rocky Mount, NC. They're a great place to do business with. The whole operation is very clean, organized, and indoors. If you're there with cash/plastic in hand, the owner cuts awesome deals on the spot. While he doesn't have the model specific expertise of the others, his location makes it very convenient for those of us on the east coast to drive down and pick up what we need.

It's another '85. I probably won't make it out to Bowie. I'm going back to work this week so I've got to get this one stripped of it's useful parts and prepare the other one for major surgery. Another thing that sucks is this one was a 5-speed. I've had the first car since August and I'd like to get it finished sometime this summer, which means that all of my free time will be devoted to working on turning 2 ****ty cars into one that's just kind of crappy.

Bummer you can't make it to Bowie.
I guess it doesn't come with a tranny?
I thought you were looking for an 86.5?

Wow, it is a shame about that one, but I'm glad you've got access to lots of parts you'll need for reassembly.
Good luck with the project, shame you can't make it to Bowie today.
Most of the stuff I would need I can already see is missing, but how about that coolant reservoir? Is it cracked and if not, do you need it?
Also, thanks for the tip on DC auto.
