For a low mileage, manual, 95 GTS - yes.

When football players make multi-million dollar signing bonuses most anything is possible. And someone does win the lottery from time to time. Point is there are many people for whom $50,000 is chump change not worth thinking about . It is all relative and sometimes depends on who your relatives are

I paid almost 1/2 that for a 36K mile '91 S4 auto....and I don't regret a penny of it.

I need to get into this business, you get to enjoy all these pristine examples and when you finally sell it you don't feel bad because you can buy several more.

-If you buy real estate at an investment price, then you will do the comps and decide whether what you are looking at is worth the offering price.

I fly airplanes for my living; lately for Fedex

[Gold mine!]

But on the side I run a small company buying and fixing up houses in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

The real estate market has taken a huge beating the past two years, but that doesn't mean that there aren't bargains to be had. I just bought a 2/1 1400 square foot f*ckup just outside of Wilton Manors [the hot suburb, prices are still rising there!] for $190k. The place is a mess, but it will sell for $300k even in this market when I fix the problems on this house.

Age is the problem. My mom was 9 years old when this place was built~

The long and short: a 928 is worth what someone will pay for it. If it is beat, then figure on it going low. Hello? Fix all the problems, turn it into something that some wealthy guy will want... and you can sell it on eBay for $15K.

It's up to you, and you need do analyze the market. Do the comps!

N!

Pearl white is so sweet in person...doesn't really look as good in pictures
