And also...
I am in no way attempting to defend anyone's behavior -- but it is possible to read that to mean that any member(me for example) could make up to two commercial postings per month.
Now, I know that the rules in effect are that sponsors may make postings about their products, members may post items wanted or for sale, but a non-sponsor member may not plug their business or products and a non-member cannot post items wanted or for sale in any way.
All I am suggesting is that You(Randy, John) consider tightening up that verbiage so that there can be no mistake about what the rules are and what will be enforced.
I don't think that is the source of the issue here today or I'm sure Todd would have brought it up (and it would be disingenuous for him to bring it up now that I've posted this) but this issue comes up repeatedly and IMHO it couldn't hurt to have the true intent of the charter crystal-clear without needing pointers to other posts which amplify or clarify these points.

With Telenovela its everytime the same, the poor maid ends up living happily with the rich guy. In this case, someone gets banned.

My first reaction was to pull his public profile but it still says Addict. Well, we know from the past that people has been banned by the big boss himself while his profile was still showing as member.
