Where does diverter valve get vacuum?

+1 on the air pump vac line connected to the bottom of the throttle body.

If you haven't done an intake refresh with new gaskets, breather hoses, yada, yada.... this might be a good time.

Or, can you train squirrels?

Here's a pic of the belly of the intake and the vacuum port you seek:

Yep, that's it. The white vac hose came out of the black rubber connector. I was able to get the hose back in without knocking the rubber connector off the intake. So for now, it's OK. If that little rubber part comes off, it looks like the intake needs to be removed, followed by a trip to the fatherland to hunt down the engineer that designed this. I hate him.

Thats all for US EPA regs, the valve, the vac hose to it. They were punishing us.
