These stories have me salivating and i would like to enter a local hillclimb/road course event.....in the back of my mind however is the 2/6 bearing issue.....does that concern anyone who roadraces or would that come into play more in auto cross.

Don't worry about the 2/6, that seem sto only happen when you run left turns at 6k rpms constantly. Belive me, as a newb on a road course, you won't be doing that. My stock S4 has been at watkins glen for at least 12 track days with no issue.


You'll even appreciate how the NASCAR drivers feel run at close quaters at high speeds. You may hit 120-130 on some striaghts, now think about the NASCAr guys going into corners at 190 1/2" from two guys, one in front and one behind.

You will truly appreciate driving a lot more after a few track sessions. My wife says I drive like a slow poke on the highway, that's only so I can react to everything around me at anytime.
