Folks,
Does anyone know the specific value of the torque setting that is circled? WSM says see torque settings..just can't find where!!

It's an aluminum washer, so just enough to crush it for a good seal. I did not torque mine to any specific setting, just snugged it like I would the drain plug. No leaks.
IIRC aluminum threads, too tight and there go the threads.

From the description and its location on the block I am assuming that it controls the flow of oil through the rad mounted oil cooler, just as the water thermostat controls flow to the rad.
The thread is 46 mm dia so 59 ft.lbs did not seem like a lot. I did remember it needing a big bar to break it free when I was dismantling the block.
