Default Leda in trouble

http://www.leda.com

With regret, the company has ceased trading and cannot therefore accept any further orders.

Efforts are being made to find a way to recommence business and a further announcement will be made as soon as possible.

Hope they will come back. If not, there is some work underway for geting cheap externally adjustable set from other UK manufacturer.

At first I thought Chaadster's daughter was in trouble (her name is Leda, incase you didn't know). Gald to hear that's not the case. Hope the comapny is able to get their act together and get things turned around.

Hehehe! I thought, "Damn, she got mad about that one-shoe-at-a-time thing, and has run away from home in the middle of the night!"

I hope I'm not being crassly opportunistic, but does this mean their url is available?

They'll bounce back. Maybe if we all absorb some of the recoil, it'll help dampen the shock. Andrew, spring into action Dude!

I bet they were absorbed by rising adjustable rates. It's enough to make one want to coilover and die.

I don't know how well I could handle it if their business was held in suspension indefinitely. If only they'd strut their stuff in the market place a bit more, ....

sorry, ran out of steam

this is a real shame. ive been round the ring with alex in his GT fitted with leda and what really surprised me was the similarity between his car and the fully cross braced, caged 996/gt3 id just been in. the leda coilovers are quality stuff.

I was about to order a set for my GT now, this is very sad to hear.
Guess I have to search for a new supplier.

I think we need to get KW to start making sets for us. KW is a quality supplier for Japanese cars, and many German cars. 944s get these.

There is work in progress which aim is to provide stock 928 parts to one other small UK manufacturer so that they can make very similar set as Leda is/was making.
