I have been reading this thread from the begining and checked daily, even posted. It is amazing how determined everyone on this list is to help fix a problem.
If there was a way I'm sure all these determined people would show up at your place to help and get their hands in it as well.
I am glad to see that you found the problem. But as you said what caused it and why only one side.
My hats off to all.

On mine which was sitting for six years I opened up the fuel return line in the rear and pumped about 5 gallons of fresh high test through the lines. That was after the tank was cleaned and filter and pump replaced. I had to juice the injectors with 12 volts just to get them freed up. Then once I got it running I had to tap them to get them working properly. The fuel in the tank was the color of iced tea with traces of something that looked like molasses.
That all worked out well and I now have the injectors out for fuel lines but my baskets are clean.
I don't know what is in your injectors but it sure looks nasty.
I have replaced injectors on a dodge van where someone put sugar in the tank and the baskets clogged with crystals. Almost looked like sand but still tasted like sugar.
Flush it good and you will be happy.
Good luck.

Three Wheelin'
I was following the post and the more info you provided the more it sounded like my situation, a fuel starvation problem. Its unbelievable what a group of informed, intelligent, rational wrench turners can learn from each other. Glad to be of help and Rennlist Rules!!!
