Hell I'll even go pick it up so you don't have to come all the way down here just to move it to my place. (I'm such a nice guy!)

In all sincerity if you just don't have to sell it ...don't. I sold my 86.5 in March of '06 and I see it almost everyday... and now that my garage is built I want it back! Unfortunately the guy I sold it to loves it. Besides, what is your boy going to strive for? I know he's young yet, but that changes very quickly.

Jerome would give you the shirt off his back- He's that kind of guy! He's raised a fine young man in his son ,also

Afshin, Maine says "Hi".
I'm here on my porch smoking a stogie, lurking on Rennlist w/my Treo & looking @ the ocean in BBY HBR after a beautiful day.
Any chance that you're going to miss Maine?

Your issue revolves more around wood than Swabian metal. I think you should sell your car.

These cars are best owned when you can spend all your "hobby" time working on them. If this car becomes something that you have to "drag around" then what are you doing? Why are you "dragging" this 3300 pound item of furniture around, wondering what to do with it while trying to figure out where to put the couch...all while trying to please the significant other. Hello? That's a hell of a job in itself!

Sell your car if you aren't going to cherish it. Someone here on Rennlist will be sure to give it the love it deserves. As long as it is a 5 speed.

Funny I was sitting on my front porch this afternoon doing the same although I was reading the paper and watching the birds feed their newborns chicks. Love the new home and thinking back now I don't think I'll miss Maine much. If anything that state put us behind by a couple of years and where we were living wasn't the most beautiful of areas. I think it has a great deal to do with the fact that central Maine is very depressed, lots of welfare, lots of people who don't want to work with high expectations and politicians taking advantage of the situation. I have truly not seen anything like it in any of the states I've lived in the past (NY, CA, MA). I will say that it was relaxing up there as there was hardly any traffic and everyone is very laid back but that is all I'll miss. The weather here in the S.Shore is amazing and the bugs are non existent in comparison.

My wife was out with our son and dog this afternoon playing in the driveway, here's a shot of the the dog doing what she does best.
