Folks,
My '91 GT has less clutch travel than two other '91 GT's that I know. In the other two cars, you can push the clutch pedal all the way (or almost all the way) to the firewall. On mine, it will stop - seeming to bottom out the master or slave cylinder - before getting to the firewall.
It is not really an issue for me because in normal driving, I don't push the clutch pedal in so far that it 'bottoms out', but I am curious if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks,

Cameron, the rod that the clutch pedal pushes on is adjustable. The WSM states how much movement (couple MMs if I recall) or play there should be before the rod starts moving into the master cylinder when the pedal is pushed on. It's possible that it's adjusted too much and that it's not letting the master cylinder rod come fully back out thus meaning it will bottom out early as you describe. Easy to check by watching the rod movement as you put pressure on the clutch pedal.
