Default what would you do?

i just picked up ZUES+'s 84 and it has me thinking about my 81. i have everything to put back together the way it should be (good interior, rebuilding the engine), but now that i have the 84, i'm not sure i want to. with the 81, the only other money i'd have to put in to it is a paint job. the paint is unavoidable since the PO already started sanding it down to the primer. so was thinking of four different options: (1) parting it out, (2) finish it and keep it, (3) finish and sell it, or (4) park it off to the sides as a spare. so with that said, what would you do. all four options are equally appealing to me, but i can only do one.

thanks in advance

if you have no other vehicle, you need it as a second car. otherwise i would finish it. what you do when you finish it is up to you. You will probably keep it when you finish it tho. You want to get rid of it cause its not finished, but prolly will want to keep it when its done

thanks zoltan944. you're probably right. seems everyone else is too busy with juice machines, carpet and other junk to answer a "serious" question.

thank again...

Steve, How are you liking that 5 spd?

Your in a position to put two early 928's into nice condition that otherwise might be parts cars, thats a very good thing. I'd say do it, but take your time, and focus first on making whichever is the easiest into a safe reliable daily driver, unless you have another car already for a DD. Then just enjoy them, wrenching and driving as you please. I don't lust for a AT, but if I had one it would get driven from time to time, so two sounds pretty nice.
