Keith,
Sorry to say that fry's probably won't cut it - they have a minimal selection of switches and likely none fitting for a 928...

Also the central Lock switch is not what you'd think... not really relocated very easily...

Why is that? Your pic is a good one and looks like one could just wack off the switches and remount. OR, shorten and install the rear AC controls in this bar. Heck, if there is room since I do not have the "!", I could fit the rear AC switches and just remount if I can make the room...probably a much better idea!

Tell me what I am not seeineg here.

What happened to this center console re-vamp? Would love to see some finished products. Did the LCD controls ever come about? Any modern templates produced?

Most european cars have their replacement wiring and switches provided by WURTH automotive division I have bought many pieces from them that match the 928 exactly might be worth a look see what they stock
