$80 for the stripes - Webextremes in Seattle. A little water - heat gun to remove them - no damage to the paint - ok, no visible damage to the paint.

Just confimed the ITE cage requirements for 07. if you run ITE, thats the IT class and it conforms to the Showroom Stock saftey requirements.
Now, you need 2 door bars on each side. X 's are ok or two in parallel.
if you are a Touring car (ie T1,T2, T3, T4), they conform to the Touring class requirements. you need the nascar door bar on the driver side and two bars on passenger.
Hopefully the second bar on the passenger side is ok to be a bolt in. both of scots second bars are bolt in. (my old cage we welded in his car from my old 84)
Have fun!

Mark - PCA was never my goal. Every turn I make I find out how PCA has no way for us to compete.
But yes, I need to first go slow to go fast, and DEs will be the thing for a while. Need to finish the car obviously.
Chuck - Strips - how did you do those? I think purple strips would look good on my dark silver car.

Thanks for the knowledge guys, I am in the same position as Brendan ,just begining the stumble up the road to racing. After a couple of Karting sessions with Kibort I see that I have a lot to learn about correct lines, braking points, etc.

Hmm a karting conversation I had with Kibort comes to mind...since you guys were both driving the same kart.....
MK "that kart doesn't turn right for sh$t"
me " really"
(Gerry comes down the backstraight really fast....turns right really fast and bashes the tire barrier SUPER hard)
me "damm that kart doesn't turn"
MK "I told ya so"
