That is the only 928 body kit that comes close to being acceptable. Even then, all I ever wanted was round rear arches, and the bumper.

Find a cracked 87+ bumper, cut out the opening for the exhaust, blend it into the right side of your bumper, and repaint. It would look factory!

I must have missed the $500 auction

Hacker,

I think Fab is right. I did see a “pristine” set of these (928 offset) go cheap on ebay in the last 6 months. I think they were in Vancouver Canada.

H, one of our UK rennlisters also picked up a nice set "this year". Sorry, don't remember who?

Did you ever go check out that $700 85-86?

Cheers,
Michael

Hi Hans,

I spoke to some idiot at Fred Opert Racing, and was totally discusted by him.

That was 2 minutes of my life that I will never get back!

I'll take a big PASS on Strosek's North American distributer.

Hans, are you still placing an order?

Cheers,
Michael

I went back and looked through my email, as of June, 2005 there was a set of 17x8 with blue centers available through Opert for $975.

Watercooler - sent you a pm.

Michael,

Thanks for the info. on the wing. Looks great on your car
I want to have a body color wing for my car and I'm trying to decide on whether to paint the factory wing (sand, fill, paint), get an aftermarket fiberglass wing, or try and find a GTS wing. Do kinda like the look of the beefier Strosek/Jaqumond wing...

Ya got me on that one Michael... not sure what you're asking, maybe I'm just a little slow! I do have a Newf (3 actually). Not sure about a Neuf? Although I do know there are some Redpaths up in Canada.

Ha Ha Rick,

I thought that I had read you were from Newfoundland Canada, however I guess that may be your dogs?

A “Townie” is a Newfoundlander (Neuf) from the capital city of St. John’s.

Sorry for the confusion.

BTW, I think Vertex in FL sells F-Glass GTS repro wings cheap ( <$200). Have you checked with them?

Cheers,
Michael
