As I walked out of the office building for lunch, I saw a gorgeous black 928S rumble up Las Olas Blvd. in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Actually, I am lying. I heard it first and said that sounds like a 928, then turned the corner and saw it.

It is the first 928 I have seen in months other than my own.

If it is a Rennlister's car, it is gorgeous.

 

My guess is Normy!

I get to FLL now and then ..we stay at the Sheraton Yanke Clipper

 

Im staying just off Las Olas for the winter, Have not seen one yet....

 

Hang around Las Olas long enough and you will see a great many high end luxury/exotic cars. What a great street for dining, shopping, people watching, etc.

 

There was one last year down near Lauderdale by the Sea- was that anyone here? It was also black.

 

Might have been me. I went to Mark's today for lunch. The Lauderdale by the Sea could have been me also. I ride A1A on the weekends for the sights, sometimes south to Miami also.

Then again, if Normy is in town could have been him also. I think he goes to Las Olas to hang out and if I am correct he lives close to Lauderdale by the Sea.

 

Damn. It looks like there are enough of us here to do a Fort Lauderdale get together. Anyone up for it?
