If he's using your pics to sell different seats - i.e. if the seats he's got up for auction are NOT the exact ones in the pics...

Yeah, I'd keep pestering eBay to do something about it.

Well, I did get my seats and I'm very happy with them. They are in great shape.

Glad you liked them Casey, I have been looking for a set to mock up the front mounts for you but I cannot seem to bring myself to rip them out of another customer's car to fit them. That was our last set of 996 seats...

If you send an email to ebay they will cancel the listing. You would be claiming that the photos are yours (copyright) and they will cancel the listing automatically and until they could prove otherwise. I know that practice by personal experience. Mark
