Thumbs up Our new interior, now complete

Hi Folks.

Just thought I'd share some good news and sing the praises of Rob Budd (928 Leather Store) and Paul Champagne (Paul Champagne Designs, I think). Our OB is 23 years old now, but you'd never know it by the looks of the front cabin. I can't wait to take him out for a spin.

By the way, is there a Rennlist sponsor from whom I can order some warmer weather? And how 'bout dem Bears!

Peace,
Tim

That looks great!!! I love blue interiors in the 928...

I assume you are now saving up for doing the door arm rests, aren't you?

Actually, I'm thinking that we'll try to get the car repainted. Same color. After posting that poll on what to pay for a new paint job, I'm not sure what to expect!

Thanks for the compliments. The old boy has come a looong way.
Still a looong way to go.

Hey Chicago,

It looks like you've got some custom door speakers there, too. Do you want to say anything about those, maybe show another picture?

The OEM speakers are still there. I made a set of custom oval speaker trim pieces and covered them with nylon when I did the doors.

Very nice work, Rob. The seats look perfect, and the speaker cover is a clever update.

Oh man, am I envious! My fronts need some TLC and that would do the trick. The rest of my interior is great if only I could find an extra grand lying around somewhere.

Congrats!
