Something must be missing for it to fall out, and because it is hidden by the fender liner on mine, thats why I haven't seen it.

there is a hole on the bottom of the lower chin spoiler and if the conditions are right the horn can fall out of this whole it seems that with vibrations the thin metal that they use and the spotty welds seem to break the mount brackets, I have had to re attach a few mounts with hardware from failed welds

I had it happen with the A/C compressor.
"What is THAT noise?!"
It was the A/C compressor being dragged along the pavement held only by the coolant lines...
The 928 is not even a little ok for going off-road.
