Default how can i fix this (rear bumper damage - RV)

the roads are not very good ,i keep catching the bottom of the car on some roads where i live ,then 1 part of a road decided it wanted my rear box,bending the bumper panel upwards a bit, now looks a mess

If you are talking about the white paint scuffs, use some lite rubbing compound.

i am talking about the bent rail behind the bumper panel, its pushed up about 3 inches

The bumper shock has collapesed and you'll need a replacement (even a used one is fine). OR once the cover is off,you can try to pull the collapsed shock back to normal position. Eaither way the bumper cover has to come off to get to it.

got ripped off ,causing damage to rear of the car! due to bumps in roads

Hi Dan pardon me for saying, but you might want to consider getting yourself a nice Land Rover Discovery , if your ripping off pieces of your car while driving then you have the wrong vehicle for the road your driving on, Stan
