Are the "driving/parking" lights on OB USA models sealed?

Are the "driving/parking" lights on OB USA models sealed?
Or does one swap a bulb out when it's time to replace them? I have Silverstar headlights, and want something to match without going to HID route.

The parking lights are just a simple bulb, nothing facny. The fog lights are halogen but still not sealed. Be careful cause if the new bulbs generate a lot more heat that the OEM, it can melt the lens, reflector and/or wiring.
