Default Looking for info on power steering pump

I ordered a pump rebuild kit from a vendor here. Not one of the big 3. The seals in the kit do not fit my pump. Does anyone know the size of the O rings used in the pump. I need the seals numbered 13 14 in the pic. I will try and source locally if I can. Thanks

I just went through the same thing. If you order P/N 928.347.921.00 it comes with #13 & 14, but the new rear seal has sort of a "vee" cross-section as shown in the first pic below. It replaces Items 12 & 13 in your pic. It can be installed with the opening of the V facing foreward or aft. Having looked at a lot of different types of seals in my time, I figured the V should face inward so the pressure will make a tighter seal. Note that the kit does NOT come with the crush rings for sealing the large banjo fitting, so if you want to break that loose you'll have to do some hunting to find the right size. PET shows P/N "N 013.832.2" for the sealing ring. Also I had a large plastic(teflon maybe?) ring left over, I don't recall offhand whether it was the same diameter as #12 or #15.

Second and third pic show pump ID plate and ZF rebuild sticker.

Pic 4 is proof that even ZF bungles some of their rebuilds.

Thanks Dave. I got my kit through Rennbay. I spoke with the rep there and he said I may have an early pump even though the ID tag says '84 on it. They are going to send another out that should fit my application.

That's why I posted the additional pics, to help you determine whether you have the same pump or not. Good luck!
