Default WTB Clutch stuff and TB/WP

Greets 928'ers,

I need to buy (new or rebuilt) '81 Clutch master and slave cylinders and clutch hose set. Does anyone have these goodies?

Also a complete setup for TB/WP goodies for my TB/WP party coming soon, to Bill Ball's place (pretty please).

Cheers,

Sure, late in the month or early Feb.

Any of our prefered 928 vendors will put together the TB/WP goody pack for you, as well as get you the other parts you are requesting.

Somebody on the list PMed me about a clutch after mine was already in the works, if you don't hear from them I could check my old PMs. My slave should be "ok", but a new one was like $75 vs $20 for a rebuild kit I think.

Roger has a clutch slave cylinder for me.
Anyone else have a clutch master cylinder?

TIA

I strongly recommend that you NOT use a used clutch master cylinder because it is very difficult to change and a good one may have developed a rust ring at the bottom of it's bore so when you start bleeding the sysytem moving the pedal it THEN hits the rust and ruins the master cylinder seals . I missed a drivers ED weekend when my master cylinder decided to fail as I was bleeding the clutch system late on a Friday night...Also had a clutch hose blow at the track one weekend lost part of that day made a night run to 928 (second car)and installed the hose early on Sunday. Obviously I have all the parts you might need .
