Come on over Chris. One of the ex-850 guys said he wants to come. But he traded his in for a Ferrari 550 (My favorite F-car). Maybe we can move up the food change doing this joint thing.

Are you talking about your 928's twin? I've seen it and it blows yours away! Not really.

We'll do Glenn. I think I'll wait till next week to bump the thread again. Hopefully we'll have decent weather - wish it could be 70 again.

BeerFish,

It scares me everytime I see your car on a thread. I must admitt, you have good taste. I do plan on attending although I think I am in need of rear wheel bearings.

Will there be any driving in Virginia?

Related question... Anybody know a Virginia inspection station that will pass my car? Seriously, PM me if you do.

Matt,

Don't you live in MD???? If we go for a drive, it'll probably be in MD.

Actually, I bought my BMW from this a-hole dealer. He also owned the inspection station. He "passed" his own cars, maybe he'll do you. PM for the location.

Did you do yours yourself and if so how hard of a job was it? I called a local shop that someone reffered me to and he quoted me a price of $300.00 per side. Is that a fair price or would I save lots of $$ by doing it myself?

Rodney, do a search on wheel bearings. If you need help with removing the cap, let me know.

I did the fronts in my garage, not the rears. But this was after a bearing actually detonated... not good... and not with the same suspension as yours. Buy lots of bearing grease and remember too freeze the bearings the night before for eaassy insertion. OK. Whos going to be the first go there!! HA!

Tomcat! Call me.
