You could just crack the nut on the end of the fuel rail. If after 15 seconds (or 30 or 60) it sprays fuel, it's fixed.

Andrew - we still got fair amount (ounce or two) of fuel leaking out the end of the rail after sitting. And there was vapor pressure pushing it out too.

Matt - hope that does it. It should.

The fuel pressure regulator looked to be the problem I tested it twice this afternoon and both times it started right up. All in all the car seems to start much easer when cold as well as run better that part could just be in my head. Thanks again to Bill Ball and everyone here on rennlist for helping to troubleshoot my problem.

Now I'm ready for shocks & rotors

Hmm......my car has an odd semi warm hard start....well more like start once then stall problem...but it always starts on the second start??? I wonder if that could be it....might have to borrow Bills pressure gauge!
