Default REMOVING THE CENTER CAM COVER?

I have most of the items off and cannot get the center/bottom metal cam cover off. It seems to be hanging up on the bottom pulleys. Do i need to wait untill I get my flywheel locking tool in place to remove all the smaller plulleys in one shot to get this out?
If not what am I doing wrong?

Yep, unless you want to break it ... the cover wraps around more than 180degrees and the left side plastic will break of if you force it.
