Default Porsche Approved Tire List

I was looking through an old copy of Panorama and there was a tech question about tires. The response was that there is a Porsche approved list with a listing of the tires.

Does anyone know what criteria is used to put the list together? Also, it says all Porsche approved tires have an "N" rating. What is the "N" rating all about?

Thanks Hacker. I looked at the Tirerack site and couldn't find anything. A belated Merry Christmas to you.

That is one of those links not easily found on the site. It's easier to use google to search web sites than their own search engine.

I remember few years ago Microsoft was pissed about a report stating it was better to use google to search Microsoft.com than the MS search engine.

I love "The Google"

Hack- I thought Casino Royale was a KICK-*** movie! Not so much in the "Bond" tradition- More along the lines of " The Transporter". Got lots of what I like, too: Fast cars, pretty women & poker- I must see it again.

Wow! I had no idea that this film would spark such controversy & debate among viewers. It definitely seems to be a Love- it, or Hate -it proposition. I can't think of another recent movie for which I would pay TWICE to see @ the theatre- Casino Royale is the exception! Thanks for condensing the reviews for me, Hacker

It was OK, but nothing special in terms of Bond films.

I thought it was the best Bond film in a long time.
And the new Bond is the best since Sean Connery in my mind.

It was ok, just too Jackie Chan for a Bond film IMHO. In some ways Layer Cake was a better movie.
