I saw this thread when there was only the original post and knew it would get ugly.

What a Soap Opera......... To much estrogen in this thread, hurry someone please and get me some arimidex.

Good things happening with my car right now is about all I'm willing to post in this crappy thread.

Hope all of you have a Wonderful Christmas!

I love the way S/C'ing a 928 has become an original idea that can be stolen. Figuring out how to make brackets or overcome the occassional obstacle are the product of hard work, some R&D and even trile and error, but to claim ownership of the concept , by any one, is just silly.

IMO, you can claim the bracket design or the work of compiling the parts list, but not the concept of S/C'ing a 928, or even a full kit. To claim someone stole your idea is ludacris. Since only the assembly and testing of a package of parts that work well on the 928 can be taken credit for, they would have had to have stolen every part, including unique bracket design, for it to be a truly stolen design.

Personally Mark Robertson's design intrigues me, though his business savy may not. He did how ever answer my questions by email quickly. That's a good start.

Tampa:

Just buy the darn thing. We need some REAL feedback, not just speculation. The kit I got from Andy was overall probably less well engineered than Mark's turbo kit, but I've had a LOT of fun with it and no regrets at all.

Default Ready for donations!

I'm ready to buy; can I pass the hat around to be the first. Each donation over $500.00 gets a t-shirt .

I can't donate money, but I will donate time. If you buy the turbop kit, I will come over and help you install it.
