Excellent; it doesn't get much better than that!

Alright, here is an official threadjack. I have a 1985 500SEL AMG with the original 5.0 32v Melcher motor inspired from Mercedes 1980's F1 technolgy. It has a 3-layer head, and the gaskets between the layers have started to leak. There are no replacement gasgets. The head is aluminum, and i need a sealant to replace a "factory" paper/compressed fiber gasket. Would the porsche specified goop, the new 515, or the Wurth sealant work best. Parts have machined flanges and are made from cast aluminum.
Thanks

I want to know, what do you use on the exterior cam bearing caps, the large ones on each side of the head. One of which the cams actually ride in, the rear ones which just need to be a good oil seal. When I had removed those large parts, there was some residue on the underside of them, but i dont see anything specifically called for in the WSM. So would loctite 574 be used there?

The accordian bottle in and of itself is reason enough for me not to use anything else except 574.
It's too cool.
Ryan, I believe the WSM does specify the 574 for the end bearing caps. That's what I've been using.
