Ed,
Nice wheels!

Did you build the ramps/rack for the lift? Looks nice.

How is it for access under the middle of the car? Engine?

Also, how do you like working under flourescent lights? (Just kidding, I was looking for something to rag on in this one, but found nothing)

The lift is the best "tool" I've ever purchased. Hands down, bar none. I paid about $1400 for it delivered, but it looks like they went up a bit:

http://www.asedeals.com/mid_rise_lift.html

I built the ramps to clear the ramp. I park one of the cars over it. I made two sets of spreaders; one for the 911, and one for the 928. I've got complete access to the motor and the rear end. Anything requiring a torque tube removal may be an issue, but I think I can do 95% of anything I'll need to do.

Sorry for the hijack. You never should include pix that include a really nice garage like that if you want people to focus on your wheels. I have a serious case of lift envy so anytime I see a nice setup like that I have to stare. It's a problem for me and I'm dealing with it.

Back to the wheels. Very nice. Do these show the disk more that your previous ones? It looks like a nice frame for some colorful calipers now...

I know what you say about the lift. I got tired of seeing so many of them over on Pelican, I finally bought one. The wheels do show a lot more disc/caliper.
