Question Newbie 928 owner looking for help (door locks - RV)

I have just replaced the door lock motor on the drivers door of my 83. Everything worked fine when I checked it before I put the door panel back. Both doors locked and unlocked perfectly with the key in the drivers door. After replacing the panel I tried locking and unlocking it again, but the passenger door lock didn't move. I pulled the door panel back off and checked all the wiring, just in case something got twisted, but everything looked fine. Now when the door is locked and I go over and lock the passenger door, it locks and remains that way. When I go back over to the drivers door and unlock, the passenger door will unlock. However, It will not work the central locking feature after that from the drivers side. (The passenger door lock cycles with the drivers door unlocked if I go over to that side.) Could this be a fuse issue like the one that I read about in past threads (2 mini fuses located behind the fuse panel)? Is there an adjustment on the lock motor which was just installed that I'm not aware of? Any help would be appreciated...
