I don't have time until Wednesday at the earliest (gotta love budget season), but I would gladly go and take some pictures and give my opinion if someone would like?

My ebay eye says, always beware, but not many scammers use their name for an ebay ID, it looks to me like a person new to ebay with a car to sell, and making pretty modest claims regarding condition. It doesn't look like the sort of ad that is going to get a lot of ebay bids either.

Anyway, just a heads up for the locals.

This is a running 86, not a parts car, how low is low?

I bought some things from al awhile back, and talked about a/c stuff on the phone. He was very good with the part (rear consul for '81) and sent me a pet 5progam for free. I believe if you have questions about his car he will answer them honestly.

Nice genuine guy - having problems with eBay and uplaoding pictures.
Silver with Burgundy.
Needs paint needs interior - auto is slipping - could be vacuum, linkage adustment or fluid level.
His daily driver.
Guy is an infrequent Rennlister - seems to be way way to busy for the good things in life.

If it runs, has a solid body (sans paint), and if 95% of the parts are still on the car, it would definitely make a good parts car.

He told me that someone had tried to buy it before but they wanted to part it out and he was not keen on that idea.

Here is the one I loaded up for the registry:

I logged it down back in Dec '05, and sent it to Chuck, but he hasn't had time to put it on the Registry yet. Back then when it was on ebay the reserve wasn't met at $4000.
