OD: <= 30mm
Height: ~4mm
On the topic of substituting a standard bearing in place of the odd extended-hub bearing: Is it really necessary to use a spacer? It seems like the front bearing does not take any axial loading (free to move along the shaft). Not sure what function the spacer would serve.

EDIT: I think I figured it out. The front bearing has no retainer ring. The extended hub (or spacer) limits how far the bearing can migrate along the shaft.

And if a 4L210 belt seems too tight and a 4L220 seems too loose then check the interwebs and get a 4L215. That's what I needed to do for my 1980 Euro S.

I strongly suggest that if you can't get the bolts into the holes easily, without prying or tools, then get a longer belt.

BTW- the belt is a "4L" and a "3L" is too skinny and goes deep into the pulley "V". I suppose one could make that work, but getting the just right belt is better.

Here in Europe you can buy an complete set from Garage de Loods in the Netherlands. Some of the products has Roger too I think.

Manuals with option Code M319 have a smaller pulley

Assembled

Top loose, try 13*1050 mm
