Fuel filter is set correctly. First thing tomorrow, find what pressure my n/a 88 has to see if I am getting correct readingd from the FP gauge.

Remove ST chip and put stock chip and check FP reading.

If pressure is the same, replace chips and swap external fuel pumps. If no change, LEAVE FP issue alone and start looking else where.

Btw, 6.5 psi pulley should arrive in the mail tomorrow but I need to have it machined before hooking it up.

The chip cannot affect fuel pressure. The pressure is mechanically set by the regulator.
