Sorry for dragging up an old thread...

Greg, did you ever figure out the cause of the vibration?

I dug this one up,
My GTS is doing the same exact thing. Same wheel and tire combo.
Rythmic vibration on the highway, it comes and goes.
The car sat for 3 months while I did a bunch of center console work, could that be it?
Also tracked down quite a few posts on Trans mounts, torque tube bearings, and half shafts.
Motormounts only have about 4K miles on them.

It would be interesting to know what solved this - possibles

wheels/tires out of balance
motor mounts
cv joints
steering rack/tie rods
brake rotors (warped/out of balance)
rear hatch stops
lug nuts too tight
also
ABS sensors grabbing
worn shocks
nicole driving too fast

I had it too and it seemed to go away after MM's changed and tires balanced, but have not tested it for quite some time. Memory a little fuzzy. We should really have the solutions to these type of problems recorded.
