looking to buy a 928 in north hollywood CA. owner said car runs fine but has oil seepage from front of engine. Can someone that knows 928s take a good look (drive) the car and tell me if its worth buying.

I'd be happy to look at it for you. I'm no mechanic, and I would suggest that if it looks good, you have a mechanic perform a PPI. My mechanic is within 10 miles of North Hollywood. Let me know if I can help you.

i can just picture the seller, seeing to 928's roll up and two guys with way too much information on these cars quizzing, and testing this guy! A sellers nightmare!

i think it needs a PPI regardless, but if you seriously want one of us to look at it let us know, being that its on Ebay i doubt you will have time to get a ppi due to time constraints and if your not a real serious buyer then let us know that too.
