That's a great price for RDK sensor wheels.

I've always wondered about the fitment of GTS wheels on earlier 928's. If the factory saw the need to flare the fenders on the GTS for them, then can they really fit earlier cars without rubbing?

GTS has spacers to put the wheels out under the "bulge". Without the spacer it would probably look a bit silly...

GTS wheels fit fine on the earlier cars. I purchased a set in similar condition several years ago for about the same price. I use them for my track and Open Road Race tire/wheel set without any spacers. I've had them on my 79, 80, and 87 for the ORR's without any issues. One of the sensors leaked when I purchased my set, so I had the sensors removed from that wheel and welded in a plug.

<<<<< Avatar shows them on my 87 S-4

Even all bunged up? I wouldn't want to pay much more, given the condition, unless I really wanted those tires too, then maybe a little more. I think it's a fair price.

These would be great for someone living in snow country who plans to use their car now and again in the winter, and then change over to their summer setup. These aren't the best performance tires on dry pavement, they tend to track poorly at triple digit speeds.

I currently have 2 offers at $850. I probably won't wait much longer to make a decision.
