Sharktoberfest Caravan from San Fernando Valley
Just checking to see if there will be any caravaning on Saturday morning (10-21-06) between SF Valley, and Anaheim

Yeah Rob,
I think the 5 and the 134would be a good meet place. Then we can cruise down south on the 5 to the 91 East and jump off at Orangethorpe just a few blocks from 928Intl.

sounds like a plan, as long as we can start out early enough to snag a shirt before they run out

Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your point of view...) I have schedule conflict with Sharktoberfest again this year. I have to schedule everything around power plant maintenance outage schedules in the spring and fall. They are even less flexible than Sharktoberfest. So far I'll be 50-50 on attendance. I made it to the first one and agin last year, misssed the second and this one, the fourth. We missed Devek this year for only the second time when they moved it to September. I was a couple days and 80 miles away from SITM this year and didn't make that either. 0 for 3 this year.
I do have to sneak off and refill the coffers every once in a while. If I wasn't sorta-retired, and maybe had a regular job, I could ask for a day off and do it all.

ya mean you can't just crash the grid from hacking in w/a wifi laptop at sharktoberfest?? ie gotta be there to do it in person?? bummer! we'll miss ya!!! guess if the power goes off while we're there, we'll know who to blame!!!
