Default Rear hatch receiver (any tips)

The teflon/plastic insert in the rear hatch receiver has crumbled and now the hatch will not lock. I have ordered a new one from 928 International.

Since this car has the alarm (right now I have the battery ground strap removed), is there any tips on installing the new receiver or is it pretty much a straight forward swap out with the old one ?

Also, I have noticed that the 2 hex-bolts holding in the other part of the hatch lock mechanism (on the hatch itself) always manage to loosen themselves and I have to tighten them every 2 weeks. Can I use the weak version of locktite on these things ?

Thanks.

Rob

The receiver is not tied in with the alarm, except for the pin switch at the bottom -- no big deal. Easy swap. Loctite blue should be fine on those fasteners.
