Tie rod end, Internal/external threads?
While Tie rod end shoping for my 1979 5 sp. I found these problems:
PET update 125 shows internal threaded tie rod P/N 928 347 322 01.
PET update 187 shows internal threaded tie rod P/N 928 347 322 02.
WSM shows external threaded rod ends in its IPC.
928 Int. picture in catalog is external threaded tie rod end and has a part number of 928 347 322 02.
Any one know whats up with the discrepency in the wsm and pet revisions?
My tie rod ends are externaly threaded.
