Fix what? 'Tower' is a routinely used term to describe 'em.

How's about we fix you, Normster.

If I didn't love you Randy, I'd have thought you were being rude...

Agree with Randy....cam towers, cause the cams are inside them. Cam covers on the 32 valve cars.

OK, that out of the way, are you selling 2 944 towers or a set of 928 towers? IIRC there are some small differences that would need to be addressed in order to use these as a set in a 928. They look great Jesse. Good luck on the sale! Also what year are they outta. Cams included? Liifters included?

They are cam towers and they are interchangable between 944s and 928s. The difference is in gaskets and seals between differen model years.

I wish I had just done black for mine. Those look awesome and $225 is a great price.

You know, when I pulled my intake manifold a month ago, I thought about pulling the cam covers and doing them in bright red crinkle. In Italian, a red-haired woman is known as a....

As far as them being interchangable, I'm not so sure. I thought they were at first but, after looking closely I'm not so sure. Plus one other cosmetic issue is, on the firing order of the 944 cam tower it only has 4,3,2,1. on the 928 cam towers it has the numbers 8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1.

I think they are priced more than reasonable.

This IS a SET. They are from an '81. They also come with the rear covers(they are pictured between the 2 towers). Other than that, what you see is what you get.

Like i said before, the pictures really don't do them justice. these things are gorgeous in person.

ALSO, on a side note, I am powder coating parts. I have some 32 cam covers ready to be coated too, if anyone is interested. look at the link in my sig.

Nice, not sure I'm brave enough to undertake a cam-swapping operation until I have a need to go in there though.
