Default Baby Seat for the 928

When i bought my car, it came with the rare, porsche baby seat, designed to fit in the rear "seat." It straps into the cargo hooks in the hatch. The cloth cover has a teddy bear and 911 characture print on it. I have deleted the rear seats on my car. If anyone has a use for this item, let me know. I would be more than happy to trade it for other 928 parts that i can use.
Thanks
Hans

I have been trying to fit a seat into mine for a while, with absolutely no luck. I'm interested in it.

Wow, a lot more interest than i was expecting. I can post pics later tonight when i get home. It is not the version pictured above. From memory, the plastic base was white and i believe the print was a lighter color. It must be the older version. Will get the pics up tonight.
Thanks
Hans

I would like to buy that, Hans! Put me on the short list, please! You've got an offer in your PM folder.

As I recollect the Porsche baby seats were made by Britax, and there's one model that Britax makes that fits the back seats of the 928. Unfortunately I don't remember which one...

That's a front seat it's in, but it looks like it will work for the rear as the belt loops around the front of the childs seat. Although you probably need to move the front seat up quite a bit. Too bad the fuse panel takes up what could be usable leg room for the passenger.

Guys, if you are interested in these seats, there is always a bunch for sale on ebay.uk. Most will ship to NA, extra shipping of course.

Cheers

Sorry all. I made the mistake of leaving my camera at the office. I hope to have pictures for those interested tomorrow.
Thanks
Hans
