Dumb question about front lights!

Usually at the base of metal bodied relays there are metal tabs bent around the plastic base. They can just be pried back over, and the base pulled out from the body. It looks like the one in your picture is crimped all the way around... will probably take some patience!

as somebody else remarked, are you sure they are correctly wired?
My front fog lights will only light up if the rearfog lights are already on

My front driving lights only work if I am on main beam

For a relay that complex, it's a bit involved to bench-test. If you get some male & female spade connectors and enough 4" or so lengths of wire to make all of the connections, you can connect up the relay on these jumper wires and have access to the relay pins and check them with your multimeter in-circuit. Note that if you file or sand the contacts, that is a short-term temporary fix at best. Useful for troubleshooting, but that's about it.
