We are still working on several event details. As we are picking things up at such a late point we are trying to ride coat-tails of another local event or two. Everything should be w/in a 30min drive.
Here is our current outline for the event:
Friday
- Dinner/banquet at hotel or local restaurant
- Fee would be aprox $10 to $15 per attendee.
Saturday
- Tech session at local shop
- Awards
- Sat banquet we have not yet addressed in full, we still need to work out the other details but expect $20 per attendee.
Sunday
- Autocross or rally/drive in the area.
- Possible DE spaces available for qualified entrants.
We are close to settling with a few shops as to available hours for the tech session. We don't want to throw out hotel plans until we can find some mid point to make arrangements but again we have a few lined up. If you can get a business discount or have some place that you have liked staying at in the past make plans now. Lastly is the Sunday event, we are working with some local tracks/organizations to see what would work best for all of us.
Plan on being in the DC area for a great event come October 20th thru 22nd.
As it stands we are trying to follow the same registration costs of previous events.
Again sorry for the late announcements but we will make it a memorable event for sure!

Mike,
Does it have to be that weekend?!?! I was hoping to attend Sharktoberfest this year (albeit probably without a 928) and definitely want to attend Frenzy with my 928. Anyway around the date or are you locked in?
