Default Help Burned! Need Blade Type Fuse Holder

In a recent post "AC fuses melting" I showed how my AC fan fuses had melted the plastic and surrounding holder. Based on advise from post viewers today I revomed the CE panel from the car and the attached picture speak for them self. I would like to buy a fuse holder (blade type) and cover with the numbers on them as shown in the picture. I don't think I can get these new? If you can help than please PM a phone number. Thanks to all those that have help with tipr and advise.

I tried to get one for my 93 GTS because of the same problem.
Like rockinghorse manure.
I wired in an extra fuse holder behind the panel.
Porsche did this for the door lock fuses when they ran out of fuse holders.
Worked fine ever since.
Good luck,

Default Seperate blade fuse

What kind did you get I've seen self contact blade type fuses container with cap for 30amp fuses at Radio Shack and was tempted to buy but thought I give it a shot to keep it original. It appears that a seperate set of fuses away from the panel my be less subject to overheating.

Thanks for the reply

AFAIK you won't be able to buy that exact part new. You can probably get a whole(used) panel for $100 or less and take what you need -- or find someone who has done so and talk them out of that part. If you do go through a dismantler like 928I or PartsHeaven have them look to be sure that the particular block(with numbers) that you want is OK. I'd offer to help but the panel that I bought to cannibalize is for the early cars.
