i posted a thread about this a while ago, and got one response, but the part was from an 85, and gauge had different font.

Anyway, one of my bonehead POs probably changed the oil pressure/voltage gauge at some point, and they did not bother changing the gauge face, so now half my warning lights are in german, and the other half in english. this bugs me, i want all mine to be in german.

there was an auction that i was bidding on that i lost to the tune of $127.50 for a gauge cluster from a 79, to which the seller veryified to language of the warning lights. I messaged the winner and asked him if i could buy just the gauge face from him and he said maybe, if he doesn't replace it bla bla. I dont think he understands that i only want the gauge FACE not the entire thing! if only regular people were as smart as us rennlisters!!!!!

DOES ANYONE HAVE OR KNOW OF A GAUGE FACE FOR THE VOLTAGE/OILPRESSURE GAUGE (german language) FROM A 79-81 EURO CAR????

can someone just buy this car and sell that part to me? i know there's a lot of texas guys who have an extra spot in their driveway/garage/backyard/whatever.....
