Those look great guys- I bought these letters from a UK outfit- but that was before I realized that my 86.5 calipers actually had raised letters that were raw metal, surrounded by paint. So I think that I might try to replicate that when I paint the calipers- just leave the letters raw. I’m considering orange.

Bertrand,

Your work is impeccable, it's like you touch something and it suddenly becomes all shiny and bright. Between you and Dave C. many of us are looking at details of some of our toys and shaking our heads saying "how do they do that?" The answer of course is... It's slow tedious work...

Here's to paying attention to detail

I tried to buy this car on Saturday and the owner said he was sentimentally attached to it!

Obligitory photo.
Are the brake rotors on the "other side" as well in the UK?

They do look nice, but...
I'll ask again, and more directly; why is the left rotor mounted on the right side?

Its a RHD car, so they fit the other way round, don't they?

Yes, that's it. And you'll have maximum brake cooling whilst reversing.

It’s not. Unless you are standing in front of the car looking rearward in which case it’s right but still correct.

Ahhh, got it! And now that it's oriented correctly in my brain I can't see it the other (wrong) way. Escher moment. Sorry all for the distraction.
