A quick wash before the car show at 3rd Coast. New to me Carrera IIIs (18x8 ET57 and 18x10 ET58) with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 235/40/18 and 275/35/18. Will install 15MM spacers on the rear to fill out the fender wells a bit more.

Hi Jarrod,
Why the switch form your Cup 2's to these? Were you repairing too many wheels?

I gave up on the Mille Miglia Cup II replicas used on the rear. One developed excessive runout and couldn't be balanced, causing an oscillating vibration that would go through the chassis in waves. This after having been previously repaired. No issues with the OEM Cup II fronts. A real shame because the setup looked so good on the car.

Here's a shot of my good friend Chuck Schreiber in his '79 he calls the "Silver Bullet". This is west of Cleburne, TX on the way to 3rd Coast.
Had one good day this week to put up the "tin" on the Camp 928 Clubhouse, Tuesday, but winter has arrived. My wiring rough-in was approved, so the critical-path task is insulation. New code requires a vast amount of insulation, including a "continuous" requirement that means 2" foam panels on the outside. I should have gotten an electric stapler with heated grips.
